New Year’s Quote
You can’t expect to prevent negative feelings altogether. And you can’t expect to experience positive feelings all the time. The Law of Emotional Choice directs us to acknowledge our feelings but also to refuse to get stuck in the negative ones.”

((((((Heather))))) How wonderful it is to see see you here. I am smiling really big, Cookie! ~:o)It’s been ages since we’ve caught up with each other. Maybe we’ll do it sometime soon?( I have really missed laughing and being silly with one of my favorite gal pals.)
It’s my hope that 2009 will be the best year ever for everyone around the world, Girlfriend. 2008 was much too much. It can only get better, or at least that’s what I am hoping.
Thanks for dropping by today, k? Moreover, much love goes to you and to yours…!
*Hugs!*

(((((David!)))))
How nice it is of you to drop in today AND leave a message! I’d been wondering how your grand daughter was doing with her Gramps and if I would ever hear from you again.
Congrats to you, kiddo! I’m sure you’re having a swell time playing with the bitty munchkin. And keep up the recovery gig and you’re more than welcome, friend of Bill W’s. You’re well worth it! I’m very, very happy for you and am interested in hearing more of your attitude of gratitude. [That’s the secret. Having a conscious reminder of all the things you are grateful for is the major key to living one day at a time. One day, one hour, one minute, one breath is all we have. The real gift of living is found while living in the present moment and experiencing it fully.
Again, let me say, thank you for being here today. It’s going to be a fantastic year!
Signed: Another friend of Bill W’s.
