Mac, I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with THC as your host, if that’s the truth that you’re wanting to relay. Maybe there is a hosting plan and hosting agency that can fit your needs.
As for me, THC rocks and so does its support staff.

Do you still feel the same way? I get a lot of downtime now this past month. Was terrible before the cloud hosting, but things seems to be going back to poor uptime and a lot of downtime again.
I’ve submitted over 7 trouble tickets within the past few weeks with the site being down.

Hiya, Mac. As a matter of fact, I still feel the same way now as I did then. I’ve learned a whole lot about Linux and have discovered that the down time this site has experienced was due to the operator, meaning me. I’ve learned much since I first started and can’t sing enough praises for THC’s support staff. THC staff rocks!
I wish I could be more empathetic to your issues, however, I’m a very happy camper and wouldn’t trade THC for any other hosting agency. Then again, that’s me. I learned long ago that most of the time when I have a problem, it is generally the operator’s fault. If anything, I owe THC instead of vice versa. I’ve learned more than I ever would have learned on my own.
