Just a story

by Saboma on Apr.05, 2010

A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all of his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.

The boy set aside the biggest and the most beautiful marble he had and then gave the rest to the girl. In turn, the girl gave him all the sweets she had with her she had promised.

Just a storyThat night, the girl slept peacefully. The boy couldn’t sleep at all. His mind was tortured with wonder. His mind wouldn’t rest. He wanted to know if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble from her.

Trust. The only thing that really really matters. Awesome!!

Indeed, RR. Trust is the only thing that bears weight with this chicklet. It hurts me to say that too many people take their relationships half-heartedly yet once a relationship is marred with distrust, the scar left behind is a cruel reminder.

Ma is so transparent that her eyes even twinkle when she speaks, Robinson. I am awestruck every time I look at her face or hear her voice. I think I would surely die immediately if trust was ever compromised between me and her and it was because of something I did or something I had promised to do but didn’t do. I can’t stand the thought of ANYTHING getting in-between us.
